For the past few years my friends and I have held a fundraiser for the Edmonton Food Bank. The winter holidays can be wonderful and magical, but they can also be difficult and stressful so we’re doing what we can to light a candle, of sorts. To offer some light in the darkness.<\/p>\n

That’s the theme for this year’s fundraiser — Light in the Darkness.<\/p>\n

These past few years in particular have felt like one big, scary thing after another but through this fundraiser we can try to push back against that a bit, shine a light and offer some help.<\/p>\n

The fundraiser will be supported by a blog tour from November 30th – December 8th<\/strong> and I’m looking for people to join in by signing up to be a part of the blog tour.<\/p>\n

To participate in the blog tour you need to have a blog* and a willingness to write a blog post for the tour.<\/p>\n

Each post will be required to share a link to the fundraiser for the Edmonton food bank (which is run through Canada Helps) and will be encouraged (but not required) to include one of the \u2018Giftmas\u2019 graphics.<\/p>\n

Sign-ups will close November 17th<\/strong> so sign up to blog before then so you don\u2019t miss out.<\/p>\n
