For the past couple (few?) years I’ve been participating in The Whittaker Prize. I love having deadlines and usually find the critiques my submissions get to be valuable tools when it comes time for revision. Another one of the perks is that everything you submit to The Whittaker Prize is considered for inclusion in their anthology. The most recent edition of which is this one — To the Edge of There and Back.
I’m lucky enough to have my flash fiction, True To Life included within its pages.

It was one of my submissions from last year. Unfortunately none of my work from this year is included because the requested piece was already under consideration elsewhere LoL but I’m pleased that True to Life, at least, was able to find a home in this anthology. I can’t wait to read all the rest of the work it is sharing a table of contents with

I think this anthology is pretty promising. I haven’t received my copy yet, but based on what I saw people posting during the competition, it should be great
