The May newsletter went out today — a day late. The irritating part about that is I actually had it done ahead of time and still managed to forget to send it out. *sigh*
Baby steps, I suppose.

That “Shelter” premise sounds familiar… I think I wrote a story for the same contest (but I don’t think it was very good).

Shelter didn’t do well in the contest, but I had a lot of fun writing it and was more than happy to cash the cheque I got when it published — I wouldn’t have been paid if I’d won the original contest LOL
